This 12 month programme builds the transformational capabilities needed from next generation talent leaders. It is structured into highly practical monthly tasks or ‘Missions’ that develop the management, leadership, change, project and AI skills needed to lead.

Peer study groups and community networking

Each month, learners join a facilitated study group — a safe space to debate, test ideas and learn from peers across the talent ecosystem.There are also quarterly in person events for programme participants to meet up, build networks, and hear from thought leaders.

Our programmes are built around the flow of work — not in competition with it. Learners apply new skills directly to real projects, combining online modules, coaching and micro-learning moments that fit busy schedules.
